Summer Camp Staff Positions

CREA Summer Camp Staff Positions

The mission of the Cathance River Education Alliance (CREA) is to use the natural resources of the 230-acre Cathance River Preserve in Topsham to promote ecological awareness and nature-based learning; to foster the wise use of the Preserve; and to prepare future stewards of the Cathance River. An off-grid Ecology Center serves as a base for the study of nature and hosts six week-long sessions of summer camp for children entering grades 1-8. CREA’s popular camps help foster natural curiosity in both the sciences and the arts. Campers explore nature through outdoor excursions, guided activities, and explorations at our pond, river, and forest trails. Finding salamanders, racing stick boats, catching pond critters, discovering the perfect hiding spot behind a mossy log … If you want to inspire kids as they connect with nature, we want to work with you!
