Land Protection Manager

Frenchman Bay Conservancy is hiring a full-time Land Protection Manager to conserve distinctive ecosystems, lands, and waters for the benefit of all in the Frenchman Bay and Union River watersheds east to the Hancock County line. FBC conducts voluntary conservation with private landowner through ownership and conservation easement. The successful candidate will have experience with a land conservation or other nonprofit organization, exceptional people skills, and a strong desire to protect nature. The position requires someone with strong communication skills, an organized, analytical problem solving approach, and an ability to secure positive outcomes through diverse partnerships.
