Kennebunkport Conservation Trust

Emmons Preserve Stephen Emmons and his wife, Natalie, had grown so fond of the wildlife on their property, 108 acres that sit practically at the geometric center of Kennebunkport, that they made sure the land would remain forever undeveloped by willing it to the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust. Their purpose was two-fold: to protect the current plants and wildlife, and to enable people, especially children, to expand their knowledge of natural history.

Goose Rocks Beach There is a gentle, quiet beauty to Goose Rocks Beach, a tranquility that has attracted people to its shores for generations. Countless visitors find pleasure each year along the crescent-shaped expanse of fine white sand -- dedicated walkers, nature lovers, young, curious children and their families have each built precious memories here.
