Land Fair at the Maine Land Conservation Conference

We invite you to join us on April 25th, 2020, as an exhibitor at the Maine Land Conservation Conference. The Conference is held at the Mt. Ararat Middle School and Orion Performing Arts Center in Topsham. This year’s conference will have a strong focus on climate change and resilience.

Each year, Maine Coast Heritage Trust convenes the Maine Land Conservation Conference in support of the many organizations working to make sure our state continues to offer a wide variety of publicly accessible green spaces for recreation, hunting, fishing, and our natural resource economy. We bring together conservationists and citizens to discuss and explore the most pressing issues facing land conservation today and share best practices, learning from experts and one another. Typically, over 400 people from Maine, New England, and beyond attend. As a Land Fair exhibitor, you may set up displays, interact with attendees, and distribute or sell materials. Attendees may browse the exhibits at any time during the day but will be occupied with workshops and presentations during some periods.

In addition to the Land Fair, where event sponsors, independent consultants, conservation nonprofits and state agencies share the stage, the event will feature an inspiring keynote address, various workshops, and our famous high-quality breakfast, lunch and snacks. Businesses pay a $100 exhibit fee in addition to $75 event registration for the individual staffing the booth. Nonprofits are also welcome and get a 50% discount on the exhibit fee. That fee covers your exhibitor table, a white table covering, meals, and participation in all activities during the day on Saturday.

Registration for the Conference will begin in mid-March. If you have any questions or would like to speak with someone about the Conference or the Land Fair, don’t hesitate to call us at 207-729-7366.
