2025 Maine Land Conservation Conference

Each year, Maine Coast Heritage Trust presents the Maine Land Conservation Conference for and with Maine’s land conservation community. We come together to train on best practices in all aspects of land trust work, connect with our peers, and grapple with the most pressing issues facing land conservation today.

This year, the conference will take place at the Augusta Civic Center on Tuesday, April 29th, and Wednesday, April 30th. The main event on Wednesday will focus on a positive vision for the future and how we can support climate action in Maine. The conference will offer 7 workshops and roundtables in two-time slots on Wednesday, the 30th. We are also planning an in-depth workshop on Tuesday, April 29th, plus an executive directors meeting and topical cohort gatherings on Tuesday afternoon. Of course, we’re also excited for the social gathering, which will take place this year on Tuesday from 4-7 pm.
