Downeast Regional Land Trust Meeting
Wed., Oct. 4, at 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, at Frenchman Bay Conservancy
To RSVP, email and be sure to include which region/date you want to attend and whether you plan to attend in person or by Zoom.
The Maine Land Trust Network convenes these meetings throughout the state each fall to bring land trust staff, board members, and volunteers together. It’s a chance for land trusts to discuss issues of common interest in their specific area. If you have ideas for discussion topics, please send them our way! This year, it will also be a chance to meet MCHT’s new Land Trust Program Director Angela Twitchell. Angela will be using this year’s meetings to hear from land trusts their concerns, challenges, and ideas on how the Network can support their work.
Meetings in other regions have not yet been scheduled. When they have been scheduled, information will be posted on our events page. We typically hold meetings in the Downeast, Penobscot Bay, Western & Inland, Midcoast, and Southern Maine regions. Attendees can select for themselves which meeting to attend. Some discussions will be similar in every region, while some topics will likely be unique to the region.
