Leading Up to Conference:

I lost my registration link! How do I access the session links? Click here and let us know! Provide us with the email address you used to register and we can send you another link with the access password.

What is the cost for the 2021 all virtual Conference? This year the cost of registration is $25 and includes access to all presentations, meetings, and recordings.

Will sessions be recorded? Yes, our presentations will be recorded and available via the MLTN website to everyone who purchases a ticket to the conference. 

I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do? If you have a Google email account (Gmail), please check the Promotions tab. Otherwise, email us and we can try resending your confirmation. 

What platform will you be using for virtual sessions at the 2021 Conference, and how will they be accessed by participants? We will be using Zoom webinar and Zoom meeting. The confirmation email you receive when you register will include a link to a special password protected page on our website. All webinar and meeting links will be available there. If you have never attended a Zoom webinar before, you will need to perform a very quick download before you can join the sessions. It is possible to join the sessions “online” without doing the download, but you will not be able to access all the webinar functions.

How do I apply for a scholarship? We want our conference to be accessible to all. Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, MCHT is proud to offer scholarships to cover registration. If you would like to attend the conference but cost is an obstacle, contact Donna at with the subject line: Conference Scholarship inquiry, or call 207-607-4577.

Can I pay for my registration with a check? Yes, we are happy to take payment by check until March 15th. Checks should be made out to MCHT with “conference” written on the memo line, and mailed to: MCHT, 1 Bowdoin Mill Island, Suite 201, Topsham, ME 04086. Call us at 207-729-7366 to provide payment by credit card over the phone. After 3/15, you must pay with a credit card.

My plans have changed unexpectedly. Can I cancel and get a refund? You may cancel your registration and receive a refund until March 15th. After that, we’re not able to offer a refund. Thank you for understanding.

 

Technical Help:

During webinars, how do I ask a question to the presenters? You can type your question into the Q&A tab located in the menu bar at the bottom of the Zoom window.

How do I access the Zoom menu bar? The menu bar disappears when not in use. Drag your cursor to the bottom of the Zoom window and it will become visible.

I don’t want to see the live transcript. How do I turn it off? Using your cursor, hover over the bottom of the zoom window. The menu bar will become visible and you should see a button for CC Live Transcript. Click it and then click to Turn off live transcript.

I want to chat but I can’t find the chat window. During some webinars, we may disable chat to reduce distractions. You can still ask a question using the Q&A function.
