Annual Conference

Online registration for the 2026 Maine Land Conservation Conference has closed. We will accept walk-ins on Tuesday, April 28 ($70 walk-in rate), and Wednesday, April 29 ($135 walk-in rate), but our Tuesday evening social has filled to capacity and we cannot accept walk-ins for that event.

See you next week!

Each year, Maine Coast Heritage Trust presents the annual Maine Land Conservation Conference for and with Maine’s robust land conservation community. We come together to train on best practices in all aspects of land trust work, connect with our peers, and grapple with the most pressing issues facing land conservation today. Learn about past conferences here.

This year, the conference will take place at the Augusta Civic Center on Tuesday, April 28th, and Wednesday, April 29th, and includes two full days of activities and networking. The main event on Wednesday will focus on the evolution of conservation and how it continues to grow to meet the needs of local communities – their people, plants, wildlife, and environment.
