Applications for L.L.Bean Maine Land Trust Grant Program are open

Don’t let the deadline for the L.L.Bean Maine Land Trust Grant Program catch you by surprise! Applications are due Friday, September 25. 

Our longest standing regrant program, L.L.Bean grants provide funding to Maine land trusts for stewardship projects, such as preserve management planning and trail improvements, as well as for programming to promote outdoor activities, especially for underserved populations.

We are proud of and grateful for this sustained partnership with L.L.Bean that supports core land conservation activities and the protection of Maine’s outdoor heritage and natural landscapes.

This year, the total amount available to Maine land trusts is $50,000, with a maximum grant request of $10,000. Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a member of the Maine Land Trust Network.
