About the Conference
Maine Coast Heritage Trust’s annual Maine Land Conservation Conference brings together land trusts, natural resource professionals, and Maine people to discuss and explore the most pressing issues facing land conservation.
Participants share knowledge and best practices, learn from experts and one another, and are energized by inspiring speakers.
Each year, Maine’s conservation community increases the impact of its work by coming together to learn and grow collaboratively.

2026 Land Conservation Conference Sponsor Overview
Two full days of in-person learning, networking, and inspiration!
Last spring’s annual Maine Land Conservation Conference broke records, with over 450 registrants. Attendees cheered the mid-week schedule, which we will repeat in 2026. Our focus will be the evolution of conservation and how it continues to grow to meet the needs of local communities-their people, plants, animals, and environments. As always, highlights will include our “Land Fair” exhibit area, an inspirational keynote address, our evening social gathering, and plenty of time for networking. Your sponsorship includes a table at the Land Fair.
Tuesday, April 28:
A bird walk, in-depth workshops, topical cohort gatherings, and a land trust community social from 4-7 pm.
Wednesday, April 29:
A full day of opportunities for connection and shared learning including 14 workshops, a Land Fair exhibition, networking time over coffee and lunch, and a closing discussion that brings everyone back together to capture highlights, learnings, and resulting actions we want to take.
Your Sponsorship Benefits
As a sponsor, your organization will be acknowledged in our print and online publications, email communications, and at the in-person event where we expect 400-500 people to gather. You will also qualify for free tickets to attend the Conference and exhibit at our Land Fair. Once the Conference registration platform goes live in mid-March, we will contact you to share the final schedule and provide instructions on how to register and sign up for your table at no charge.
