2026 Land Fair Exhibition

The Land Fair Exhibition is a featured component of the annual Maine Land Conservation Conference. Within the conference, the Land Fair provides a dedicated exhibit space where businesses and nonprofits can showcase their work, connect with attendees, and share tools and resources that support Maine’s conservation community.

Expanded for 2026
For the first time, the Land Fair will be open on both Tuesday and Wednesday, giving exhibitors increased visibility and more opportunities to engage with participants during peak traffic periods.

Each Land Fair registration includes:

  • One 7′ exhibit table with covering
  • Chairs
  • Access to electrical hookup

Exhibitors are welcome to:

  • Display banners (on or in place of the provided table covering)
  • Share materials such as handouts, stickers, or QR codes
  • Use a laptop to highlight online content
  • Sell items at their table

Exhibit browsing is available throughout each day, with the highest visitor traffic during scheduled breaks. The Civic Center layout provides improved flow and visibility to enhance attendee engagement.

Peak Visitation Times

Tuesday
• 12:00–2:00 PM (lunch)
• 4:00–5:00 PM (Tuesday social gathering)

Wednesday
• 7:30–8:30 AM (breakfast)
• 10:00–10:30 AM (after plenary)

Because the exhibit hall tends to be quiet during Wednesday’s plenary and workshop sessions, we encourage exhibitors to attend those sessions if they wish.
