Join the Data Innovation Project for a FREE virtual workshop series designed for land trusts and other conservation organizations. This four-part series will cover program monitoring, evaluation, and data collection—both quantitative and qualitative. Organizations of all sizes will benefit from learning how to integrate evaluation practices into their systems.

    Operationalize outcome statements, set targets, and plan for continuous quality improvement.
  • Session 3: Develop Surveys to Get the Data You Want
    Master the essential steps of survey design and writing quality questions.
  • Session 4: Introduction to Qualitative Data Collection and Analysis
    Understand interviews vs. focus groups, create strong open-ended questions, and learn basics of facilitation and analysis.
