7 Lakes Alliance, a non-profit organization in the heart of Maine’s Belgrade Lakes Watershed, is seeking an energetic Community Outreach Coordinator. 7 Lakes Alliance’s mission is to conserve the lands and waters of the Belgrade Lakes Region for all.

Description: A Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for connecting 7 Lakes Alliance with the surrounding community by working closely with our community members and partners. Their duties include: co-leading programs such as guided hikes, workshops, and presentations, and serving as the welcoming face of the organization while staffing our Visitor Center, especially during the Sunday Farmers’ Market. This position works collaboratively with and reports to the Community Engagement Coordinator.

Job time-frame: Seasonal (16-23 weeks), 40hrs/week. Most Sundays are required, and you must be able to work at least
1 of the 2 holidays during this timeframe.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Work Location: 137 Main Street in Belgrade, ME
Start Date: May 27th, 2026
End Date: August 31st, 2026
