2025 Become a Conference Sponsor

This year’s conference will focus on a positive vision for the future and how we can support climate action in Maine! Please join us as a supporting sponsor.

About the Conference

Maine Coast Heritage Trust’s annual Maine Land Conservation Conference brings together land trusts, natural resource professionals, and Maine people to discuss and explore the most pressing issues facing land conservation.

Participants share knowledge and best practices, learn from experts and one another, and are energized by inspiring speakers.

Each year, Maine’s conservation community increases the impact of its work by coming together to learn and grow collaboratively.

Join us mid-week in a brand new location – the Augusta Civic Center!

This year, our annual two-day event will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday instead of on the weekend, and we’ll be at a new venue-the Augusta Civic Center! We think these changes will attract more attendees than ever, and the Civic Center allows us to provide enhanced exhibiting opportunities. The “Land Fair,” which is what we call our exhibit area, will be direction adjacent to the eating area, allowing attendees to browse the tables during breakfast, after the plenary session, and during our 90-minute lunch. Your sponsorship includes a table at the Land Fair on Wednesday.

Tuesday, April 29:

A bird walk, in-depth workshops, topical cohort gatherings, and a land trust community social from 4-7 pm.

Wednesday, April 30:

A full day of opportunities for connection and shared learning including 14 workshops, a Land Fair exhibition, networking time over coffee and lunch, and a closing panel discussion focused on Youth and Climate Action.

Plenary Session – Hannah Pingree, GOPIF Director, and a panel of experts

Our plenary session will feature an overview of the update to Maine Won’t Wait, released last December, by Director of the Governor’s Office on Policy, Innovation, and the Future, followed by a facilitated conversation with a panel of experts that will ask questions about how Maine will reach the ambitious goals laid out in the action plan.

Your Sponsorship Benefits

As a sponsor, your organization will be acknowledged in our print and online publications, email communications, and at the in-person event where we expect 350-500 people to gather. You will also qualify for free tickets to attend the Conference, and an exhibitor table on Wednesday if you wish to exhibit.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss sponsorship details, please contact Erin Clifford at .
